Yoga is not something you do,

yoga is WHO you are

with you,

on & off the mat

In a world where it is so easy to disconnect from our mind, body, and, soul, my teachings are infused with anatomical and philosophical knowledge to help bridge that gap. I've always found that yoga is the perfect opportunity to start slowing down and noticing the more subtle things.

Whether through group classes, private sessions, workshops, retreats, or teacher training, join me in deepening your relationship with yoga... on and off the mat.

Hi, I'm Kellie—

I started practicing yoga as a teenager to help deal with some intense anxiety and I fell pretty quickly in love with Vinyasa. There's just something about breath and movement woven together...

Although I was initially drawn to the physical aspects of the practice, I quickly realized how potent the mental and emotional benefits were and dove head first into my first yoga teacher training in 2011.

From there, I began to pursue yoga full-time so that I could learn about the origins of this ancient practice and respectfully share it's healing resources with my community.

As a certified yoga therapist and yoga educator, I specialize in offerings that involve postural awareness, breathwork, heartfelt intention, and contemplation on how our practice can show up in our lives. Because of my love for both language and yogic philosophy, there is often an interweaving of the two within my classes to make the experience feel like a bit like poetry in motion.

With over 2000 hours of education and 12 years of experience under my belt, I find myself a forever student of this beautiful practice. It is a sincere joy and privilege to hold space for folks seeking to better understand their bodies, nourish their nervous systems, and learn about the roots of yoga.

I've been lucky enough to travel around the world teaching yoga! I've led workshops and retreats in Bali, Thailand, Costa Rica, and New Zealand. Integrating my love of seeing the world with my passion for yoga is one of my absolute favorite things.

I was born and raised in San Diego, California and may be biased but I think it's one of the best cities on this planet.

Aside from being a yoga teacher I'm also a wife, sister, daughter, and proud dog mom of Bowie and Milford. I'm a Pisces Sun, Virgo Rising, and Sagittarius Moon.

When I'm not teaching yoga or creating content, you can find me lost in a good book, thrifting at local consignment stores, soaking up sunshine somewhere, or spending quality time with the love of my life, Chris.
